At RDPG we offer a variety of packages for our landlords. Currently excluding VAT.
• 11% : Fully Managed
• 3% : Rent Managed
• 8% : Let Only
• 10% : Short Lets
• 2.25% : Rent & Legal Protection (annually/per tenant)
• £360 : Set up cost
• £150 to £300 : Professional Clean (also between tenancies)
• £150 to £300 : Inventory Check In & Check Out (also between each tenancy)
• £50 : Key Cutting
• £600 : Withdrawal after set up
Non-UK Quartly return : £60 (per quarter)
Non-UK Annual return : £50
