A dynamic new destination, in one of London’s most distinctive and progressive areas, between Canary Wharf and the Isle of Dogs, with completion due in Q4 2023. This circa 80,000 sqm project, which has a GDV of £470 million, comprises 495 new contemporary apartments, a 231-room four-star hotel and health centre, and the reinstatement of the historic North Pole public house.

The central vision is to create an unrivalled lifestyle hub for the local community. Reaching for new heights, the development will be spread across two tower buildings of 65 and 35 storeys. Specifically, the east tower will feature the development’s centre-piece: including premium apartments, the design-led four-star hotel and a modern health centre, while the west tower will be home to 125 affordable apartments.
