This two-storey rear and side extension in a rural village of Headcorn in Kent. Submitted along with supporting documents to Maidstone borough council.
Two new homes
This client wanted drawings for two semi-detached houses on a small plot of land on the south coast. The site had a large drop halfway through and the design was bespoke to the situational requirements.
Two story kitchen & bathroom extension with full interior design
A two bed Victoria terrace in London, extended out and up two stories. Fully designed and managed by RDPG, listening to the clients requirements and creating their dream home with inspiration assistance.
Proposed development of nine units
This small scheme of 9 houses was designed for a client on his empty field in the heart of Kent. The customer wanted a proposal for what he is able fit on the land and multiple layouts both technical and illustrative were produced.

This two storey side extension was submitted to Dover borough council for planning permission, the client wanted to expand his living space upstairs and down with a simple extension up to his boundary.
